Olentzero –or “the Basque Santa”– visited two offices of ISATI last week, specifically the Pamplona and Vitoria ones. Thus, with its traditional clothing –txapela* included– and with his helper, handed the gifts over to the technical engineers who were in the facilities of Navarra, and the same did with the administrative employees in Vitoria.

This year, Olentzero wanted to give employees of Spain a Christmas basket with 100% native products, offered by “El Fogón de Álava”.

Although the employees of Madrid were unable to see the Olentzero in person, he left their gifts in safe hands at ISATI headquarters. There, the colleagues of Vitoria watched over the Christmas gifts – not without effort and temptation – until they were collected by their recipients.

On the other hand, ISATI engineers displaced in other countries received gifts from those places, due to logistical reasons. In this case, Olentzero and Santa Claus signed a collaboration agreement for the management of the goods.
